Director - Finance, Planning and Analysis

Responsible for strategic financial planning and analysis of potential new business opportunities related to capital investment. Coordinates

the completion of the annual capital budgeting process for WVU Healthcare. Oversees construction project and other capital project

accounting functions and detailed project financial tracking. Assists with structuring and securing financing arrangements and ensures

ongoing compliance with regulatory requirements on tax-exempt debt.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration required.

EXPERIENCE:

1. 5 years experience in accounting or finance.

2. Requires 2 years of experience with demonstrated leadership and supervisory experience and broad knowledge of all general and

specialized finance areas.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION, CERTIFICATION, AND/OR LICENSURE:

1. CPA Certification.

2. Master's degree in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred.

EXPERIENCE:

1. Experience in Healthcare preferred.
