Job Overview:

The Program Coordinator provides evaluation and assessment for the CCBHC-IA grant by capturing and analyzing data to identify trends and areas of improvement.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Database management and ability to complete sophisticated statistical analysis
  • Experience in the use of software, such as Excel, for quantitative data analysis
  • Strong critical thinking/problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal/written communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to correctly interpret and apply rules, policies, and procedures, regulations, and standards in a consistent, systematic manner

Preferred:

  • Master s degree
  • Experience with completing program calculations and outcome studies in mental health, social services, or healthcare
  • 2-3 years of experience working in data analytics, outcomes, reporting and computer science technologies

Scheduling Requirements:

  • Shift working, 8:30-4:30pm each day
  • Monday-Friday
  • FT

Essential Functions:

  • Conduct routine analysis on program process and outcome data
  • Identify program improvement working closely with program staff
  • Presents written reports and presentations related to evaluation process and findings
  • Monitors progress towards project goals and objectives, effectiveness, impact and sustainability
  • Extracts and analyzes data from existing case files and other clinical documents
  • Demonstrates knowledge of evaluation methods and data analysis techniques
  • Monitors Key Performance Indicators to provide information to CCBHC Project Director and agency leadership to evaluate program effectiveness
  • Develops monitoring markers to measure clinical best practices
  • Maintains compliance with all organizational policies and procedures
  • Attends staff meetings, workshops, trainings and supervision
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management
