*This position is based in Warroad, MN at our beautiful headquarters! If you need to relocate for this role, Marvin has a variety of benefit offerings to support your move. Create stories and messaging for recruitment marketing campaigns that amplify the Marvin employer brand
• Manage multiple projects inception to completion, including planning, coordinating, and executing various projects with cross-functional teams, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
• Lead the charge on content that amplifies the employee voice - shooting, writing, editing videos, interviewing, writing testimonials and more
• Demonstrate your expertise on how to optimize evolving recruitment marketing platforms and tactics
• Help establish KPIs to measure marketing campaign performance while regularly monitoring and identifying areas for optimization.

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of marketing, communication, or multi-media related experience
