College COACH Summer Internship: Neurology Administrative Intern

The opportunity

The College COACH summer internship is a paid program running from Monday, June 9-Friday, August 8, 2025. In addition to on-the-job training and work experience, the program includes workshops and additional development programs. College students will work 35 hours/week.

Neurology is a fast-pace department. Ranging from 50- 100 patients a day. All patients are seen by a Neurology provider with some type of neurological issue. The Department of Neurology cares for infants, children, and adolescents with all types of neurologic and developmental disorders. From diagnosis through long-term follow up, we provide compassionate, comprehensive support to help every child reach his or her full potential.

Recruitment process

  • Internship opportunities: We aim to have all summer internship opportunities posted by February 28. They will be posted on a rolling basis as managers determine their availability to host an intern.

  • Resume review & interviews: Applications will be screened, forwarded to managers as appropriate, and interviews will be scheduled.

  • Offer decision: We will follow up within one week of your interview.

  • Onboarding: Those selected for the internship program will complete onboarding by May to ensure a smooth start to the program.
