The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $93,750 - $143,750 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Tasks and Qualifications:

What You'll Do In This Role:

  • Lead Software Development:Design and configure software for onboard robots, AGV systems, traffic control, and location management using languages like C/C++ and Python.
  • Seamless Deployments:Bring your coding skills to life by deploying proprietary software to customer servers and ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Customer-Focused Solutions:Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to software issues, translating complex requirements into actionable features.
  • Set the Standard:Create detailed technical specifications and test plans to ensure high-quality software delivery.
  • Collaborate in Every Step:Work hand-in-hand with engineers and project managers across various disciplines to ensure project success.
  • Continuous Learning:Stay ahead of the curve by expanding your technical knowledge through courses, research, and engaging with new applications and methodologies.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience:4-6 years in a related role, with a passion for technology and problem-solving.
  • Technical Skills:Familiarity with Microsoft Windows server and desktop editions, and a solid understanding of networking concepts, including firewalls and protocols.
  • Material Handling Knowledge:Any experience with AGF/AGV, WMS, or case picking will set you apart!
  • Hands-On Expertise:Experience with PLCs and I/O modules is a plus, along with server hardware and virtualization knowledge.
  • Teaching Ability:Comfort in training users and creating clear user manuals or help files.
  • Personality Traits:Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Educational Background: Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or a related field.
