Job Summary This dynamic role offers the chance to orchestrate an optimization and modernization initiative within our Operations team. You'll guide teams across multiple areas of Operations including service management, mainframe support, identity and access management, and service desk, driving efficiency and reliability to new heights. Partner with the IT Director, crafting and delivering a transformative roadmap that shapes the future of our IT operations. Responsibilities & Qualifications Manages the delivery of the IT Operations. Identifies and defines services offered by the internal IT department or external vendors/service providers; customizes offerings to reflect changing business needs. Collaborates with organizational stakeholders to develop performance standards in support of established service level agreements (SLAs). Measures performance of services offered, as well as develops and implements strategies to improve process or cost effectiveness. Understands the needs of the business and aligns delivery and implementation plans to support business goals. Aligns with technology solution delivery. Collaborates and coordinates with other delivery managers to deliver highly effective and right sized solutions. Develops and drives new solutions along with continuous improvement initiatives related to IT service delivery. Comprehensive knowledge of the field's policies, procedures, and practices. Performs complex tasks. Leads and directs the work of other associates. Develops and manages staff plans incorporating both internal and external talent to provide skill sets required for effective delivery. Provides input into personnel decisions, budgeting, planning, and policies, processes, and procedures. Preferred Experience and Skills
Minimum of six years experience in a leadership position
