The Sr. Financial Analyst - SEC Reporting will play a crucial role in managing all aspects of external financial reporting, including the preparation of Forms 10-Q, 10-K, and the review of earnings releases. This position will also support the maintenance of Modine's internal financial control framework and global finance standard practices. As a highly visible role within the organization, it requires close collaboration with global accounting teams and other departments such as Human Resources, Legal, and Treasury. This is a hybrid role with an onsite requirement once per week (Tuesdays). Key Responsibilities
