Our multi-disciplinary practice is built on the core values of professional excellence, design quality and collaboration. We are seeking a motivated Billing Coordinator in our Wayne, PA office.

Safeguarding EwingCole revenues by tracking and collecting debts consistently and correctly. Billing coordinators are equipped with knowledge of billing procedures and great attention to detail. The goal is to ensure the company charges its clients appropriately and collects payments in a timely manner.

Essential Functions:

  • Collaborate with Project Managers to maintain accounts receivable.
  • Ensure clients are billed correctly for services offered.
  • Issue invoices and distribute them electronically or by mail.
  • Communicate with clients to answer questions or assist with conflict resolution.
  • Request payment of pending debts in a firm yet considerate manner.
  • Negotiate payment arrangements when needed.
  • Keep accurate records (customer information, received payments, contracts etc.).
  • Prepare and submit statements.
  • Respond to auditor requests.

Requirements

Required Education and Experience:

  • Associate degree

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • BS/BA or associate degree in accounting or relevant field
  • Previous experience working in the A/E Industry or other professional services
  • Experience with Dynamics 365 or AX2012 a plus.
