This is a weekend night shift position: 7:00pm-7:30am, Friday, Saturday & Sunday

Overall Summary

As Supervisor, Production, you will supervise all aspects of both lean value stream and traditional manufacturing product lines across all shifts. You will also mentor direct reports to further develop the skills required for their job functions and interface with engineering, production, quality, scheduling, and corporate work teams to facilitate manufacturing operation.

Your duties will include:



  1. Supervise multiple product lines and the manufacturing activities throughout the value streams.
  2. Competently plan, organize, and direct manufacturing operations to a defined budget.
  3. Maintain and improve manpower utilization to maximize employee efficiencies.
  4. Set goals and objectives, measure progress and strive for a continuous improvement culture.
  5. Develop and train employees, as well as conduct personnel reviews.
  6. Enforce the company personnel policies through a consistent application of principles, while maintaining a robust training program.
  7. Understand and adhere to all FDA, GMP and ISO requirements.

YOUR EDUCATION

Required: High School Diploma

Preferred: Bachelor's Degree

YOUR EXPERIENCE

Minimum 1 year of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment required



  • Experience in some or all of the following disciplines highly preferred: medical device manufacturing, foundry, CNC machining, metal finishing, cleaning of metals / plastics, packaging, quality.
  • Training and/or experience in the following is preferred: GMP, GD&T, lean manufacturing, mainframe computer systems, Microsoft office applications.



Visual acuity requirements apply to the role, including peripheral, color, and depth perception.
