Job Title: Loan Documentation Specialist Job Description In this contingent resource assignment, you will support loan documentation processes and proactively seek ways to improve them. You will perform moderately complex transactional support tasks, receive direction from your supervisor, and escalate non-routine questions. You will interact with client personnel on a range of information. Responsibilities * Support loan documentation processes * Proactively seek ways to improve processes * Perform moderately complex transactional support tasks * Receive direction from supervisor and escalate non-routine questions * Interact with client personnel on a range of information * Process mortgage documents: receive, review, and upload documents into CORE * Associate documents into CORE * Follow up on employment verification for pending mortgage applications * Verify documents and process loans * Gather necessary documents for loan processing Essential Skills * 2 years of experience in customer service, loan administration, collections, or sales environment (or equivalent experience through work, consulting, training, military, or education) * Familiarity with mortgage documents * Analytical skills and high attention to detail and accuracy * Strong professional oral and written communication skills * Ability to partner and collaborate internally * Experience with remote learning * Ability to be successful in a hybrid work environment Additional Skills & Qualifications * 1+ years of mortgage or financial services experience * Previous loan document review experience * High School Diploma * Open to college graduates Why Work Here? The certification process typically takes 60 days, with support from the offshore team in India. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Des Moines, Iowa. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.54 - $19.54/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
