*We are hiring customer service agents that will report onsite in Mankato, MN! Seeking high technical aptitude and customer service experience. *
Taking inbound calls: Upgrade/New Product-Customers calling in looking for advice on new trolling motors or new products to add to their current trolling motor set up. Replacement parts-Customers calling in asking questions on current issues that they are having with their current trolling motors. *Candidates will be trouble shooting issues over the phone. They will be guiding customers toward the correct replacement part. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
