Description The company is looking for an experienced UC Engineer to come in and provide operational support and engineering. 20-25% will be spent doing project work and the other 75% will be working on 10-15 tickets per week providing level 3 support. This is a hybrid role and the person will be expected to come onsite to the HQ location in Edison NJ for strategy meetings 2x per month. Must be able to identify and diagnose issues related to UC including sip tracing, routing, call, files tac cases etc.. must be able to work within call manager to build files, work though the drop downs, set up locations. looking for someone who can come in and hit the ground running must have great communication and documentation skills, must be have the ability to be forward thinking, make suggestions and recommendations on best practices.
