Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree in a related discipline, or a Master's degree combined with at least one relevant certification. The required qualifications are a Bachelor's degree in a related field, along with the appropriate certifications or a minimum of five years of related work experience. Acceptable certifications include CLA, CLP, CPA, CPP, CSSLP, MCSD, Oracle, or an equivalent certification. In this role, you will have the opportunity to inspire and engage students by delivering courses in alignment with the Faculty Workload Policy and the Baker College Learning Model. You'll bring creativity and innovation to the classroom, leveraging cutting-edge learning technologies to help students achieve their academic goals. Your passion for teaching may also extend into shaping the curriculum by suggesting enhancements as part of our continuous improvement efforts. You'll actively assess student learning, provide meaningful feedback, and support their progress. Additionally, you will contribute to the academic community through the Faculty Growth and Evaluation Process.
