*Patient Access Representative *
*Description* TRAIN in Hartford Office for 2 WEEKS and then work full time in the Wallingford office. SHIFT: Mon - Fri, 8-4:30 OR 8:30 - 5pm * Answering 100+ calls per day from patients looking to schedule cardiology appointments. * Triaging calls to appropriate medical provider, testing, etc. * Scheduling appointments when needed. * Upholding a high degree of patient experience on every call. * Most of the patients are elderly so you need to have patience and be understanding. *Skills* Customer service, Patient Intake, Patient Registration, Medical Scheduling, Emr, Medical Call Center, Access center, Patient Service, Patient Access, Incoming Calls, Patient Satisfaction, Insurance Verification, Patient Calls *Additional Skills & Qualifications* Patient Scheduling Medical Scheduling Patient Intake Patient Access Patient Registration *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $20.00/hr.
