Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Loan Documentation Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will proactively identify opportunities to enhance processes and perform moderately complex transactional support tasks. This role requires interaction with client personnel to provide a range of information and support. The candidate will receive direction from a supervisor and escalate non-routine questions as necessary. There will be no phone work associated with this role. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively seek and implement process improvements in loan documentation support. * Perform moderately complex transactional support tasks with accuracy and efficiency. * Interact with client personnel to provide information and address inquiries. * Escalate non-routine questions and issues to the supervisor for resolution. * Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and client satisfaction. Required Qualifications: * Minimum of 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Loan Administration, Collections, or Sales, or equivalent experience. * Mortgage experience is preferred but not needed. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. * Proficiency in relevant software applications. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $19.54 - $19.54/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
