A local company on the island of Oahu is seeking for a Salesforce Developer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying high-quality solutions on the company's CRM platform (Salesforce). As a key member of our technology team, you will collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to deliver innovative and scalable solutions that meet the needs of our organization. Responsibilities: * Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality solutions on the Salesforce platform. * Collaborate with stakeholders, business analysts, and other developers to deliver innovative and scalable solutions. * Maintain and enhance the Salesforce platform, ensuring reliability, security, and scalability. * Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure software quality and performance. Required Skills and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, related field, or equivalent experience. * 3 years of experience in Salesforce Development or related CRM-specific engineering. * Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer, with a strong understanding of the Salesforce platform and its capabilities. * Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and other Salesforce development tools. * Experience with Salesforce integration, data migration, and third-party application integration. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Experience with agile methodologies and delivery. * Salesforce Developer certification is a plus! Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $110000.00/yr. Comprehensive benefits package to be shared with the candidate upon offer.
