We are seeking an Infrastructure Delivery Install Technician to join our team. The Infrastructure team is responsible for the day-to-day installation of servers and network equipment, structured cabling project work, and capacity management. This technician will also be involved with the installation of structured cabling, management of infrastructure inventory levels, and the physical installation of network and server racks and/or devices.
Responsibilities: * Install servers and network equipment * Perform structured cabling project work * Manage infrastructure inventory levels * Physically install network and server racks and/or devices * Report to a site location in Indiana, including but not limited to New Carlisle * Drive the stability and sustainability of next-generation networks * Assist in the development of innovative ways to automate and scale the network * Launch cutting-edge server technologies * Solve diverse networking impairments * Assess a wide range of infrastructure issues Requirements: * Good understanding of computers, servers, switches, and various networking devices from both a hardware and software perspective * Willingness to learn and apply new technology * Technical aptitude * Strong written and oral communication skills * Ability to deal effectively with people in a wide variety of situations * Strong analytical skills with demonstrated problem-solving ability * High levels of initiative, judgment, and diplomacy By applying to this position, your application will be considered for all locations we hire for in Indiana. You will be able to leverage your experience exercising high levels of initiative, judgment, and diplomacy. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
