Position Summary: The Omnify Relationship Manager & Benefits Professional AVP is a primary contact for the Omnify department. This professional is knowledgeable about all facets of Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, Dependent Care Accounts, Lifestyle Accounts, COBRA Administration, Parking & Transit Accounts, and Health Reimbursement Arrangements. Their knowledge includes regulatory expertise in ERISA, IRC, and HIPAA, and the applicant will have experience with contract review and negotiations. This role is eligible for hybrid work from home opportunity under the work from home guidelines up to one day per week upon completion of onboarding.

Essential Functions:



  • Serves as a primary contact for the Omnify department.
  • The Relationship Manager has extensive experience working with corporate clients and the design and administration of their health benefit plans.
  • Contribute to the bank's deposit growth strategies and goals by generating additional revenue by adding new clients, cross-selling additional products and services, and making referrals to other bank departments.
  • Keeps informed of what the competition is offering to ensure the bank's products are competitive and advantageous.
  • Be an ambassador for Omnify through involvement in professional organizations, community events, and speaking engagements to create new contacts.
  • Contribute to the creation of marketing materials, employer guides, newsletters, client training, and educational materials for both employers and employees.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of approved policies and procedures for the Omnify team.
  • Train and support Relationship Managers, Educators, Customer Care, COBRA team, and Operations regarding regulatory compliance.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable regulations and regulatory changes, particularly ERISA, HIPAA, IRS.
  • Take a lead in research and implementation of the HRA product offering
  • Develop client resources, work with legal documents, amendments, agreements, contracts and proposal requirements.
  • Act as a liaison with client attorneys and work with Omnify ERISA attorney on Administrative Services Agreements and negotiations.
  • Understand and adhere to all bank policies, laws and regulations applicable to their role. Complete compliance training; follow internal processes and controls as required.
  • Report all compliance issues, violations of law or regulations in accordance with the steps defined in bank policies.
  • Regular and reliable attendance is an essential function of this position.
  • Perform other job-related duties or special projects as assigned.


Qualifications:



  • BS or BA degree required.
  • MBA or law degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • 5-10 years' experience in employee benefits, consulting, and customer service required.
  • Knowledge of ERISA, IRC, and HIPAA regulations required
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking capabilities
  • Contract review and negotiation experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license.
