Field Services Analyst, School of Nursing

Job Overview: The primary role of the Field Service Analyst is to support and maintain RWJBarnabas Health's users and infrastructure. Responsibilities include the coordination and fulfillment of incidents and requests through service management while adhering to organizational policies and procedures. The FSA will represent the company in a professional and enthusiastic manner by providing customer service and supporting the company's mission/values. This position will support our campus in Oceanport, New Jersey. The anticipated hire date is May 2025.

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in Healthcare a plus.
• Industry certifications preferred.
• General knowledge of desktop and end-user support is required.
