The Job

The CXI Project Principal will lead the design, execution, and continuous optimization of the SCAN Member Loyalty Program. This role ensures compliance with CMS regulations, enhances member engagement through personalized experiences, and drives measurable improvements in clinical outcomes, retention, and overall program impact.

You Will



  • Continually refine and execute the Loyalty Program framework, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, CMS guidelines, and evolving member needs.
  • Document future state process flows for Loyalty Program and translate into executable requirements for IT and business teams.
  • Develop, test, and scale personalized member events that address health, social, independence, and educational needs in collaboration with the Sales team.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute a member communication strategy, leveraging multi-channel outreach to drive program awareness and participation.
  • Oversee day-to-day program operations, including vendor coordination, member communications, budget tracking, and performance measurement.
  • Ensure downstream teams (i.e. Member Services, provider partners) are educated/trained on Loyalty Program with updates to their processes as needed.
  • Analyze key program metrics, including engagement, health outcomes, and retention, and use insights to refine strategy.
  • Develop year 2 growth plan for Loyalty Program.
  • Partner with IT and business stakeholders to enhance program technology and reporting.
  • Create compelling presentations that translate data into actionable insights and effectively communicate program performance and opportunities to leadership.


Your Qualifications



  • Bachelor's Degree, preferably in User Experience, Business Strategy, Social Sciences
  • 4+ years of Experience design or Service Design or Human Centered Design
  • 3 years management consulting experience preferred
  • 2+ years of leading and managing projects with analytics
  • 2+ years Business case creation and ROI Analysis experience
  • Product Management experience is preferred
  • 3+ years of Ability to navigate the gray and build a clear path forward is a required skill
  • Experience in a Medicare Advantage environment, preferred
  • Strong facilitator and collaborator skills required
  • Knowledge of Tableau is a highly preferred for data visualization and analysis
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in tandem and ability to flex between the projects will be required
  • Ability to document processes and analyses for reference/re-use is required
  • Excellent presentation skills required
  • Strong project and program management skills required
