The salary range for this position takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.

At WGU, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their position, and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is:

Pay Range: $49,800.00 - $74,600.00

Job Description

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for quality assurance and quality improvement of the evaluation and data entry functions of the Student Records and Transcript Evaluation Department
  • Perform audits to ensure compliance of University policies and procedures.
  • Attends OTR departmental meetings to present findings.
  • Present holistic trainings with the OTR staff
  • Provide and conduct specific training(s) with the OTR group and/or individuals as needed.
  • Suggest and advise upon corrective actions/policies as identified.
  • Facilitates the communication of audit results through written reports and oral presentations to management.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field of study or equivalent
  • Two (2) years auditing, training, or academic records experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Versed in the application of professional auditing standards.
  • Experience using a student information system (such as Banner/PeopleSoft), and document imaging system (such as OnBase/Kofax)

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Position & Application Details
