Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Fort Payne, AL. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • As a trusted partner and a member of the assigned product line leadership teams, you will bring an independent viewpoint and HR expertise to business issues.
  • Proactively drive HR people's agenda within the organization as aligned with business goals.
  • Cultivate leadership development at all levels through coaching with managers and employees.
  • Promote and champion diversity in hiring, promotion, and people development.
  • Advise partnered organizations on strategies and communications to build an environment that drives individual and team success.
  • Partner with the leadership team on talent development and performance management to improve employee contributions and address performance gaps.
  • Identify needs for change management and champion related activities.
  • Provide counsel to managers and employees consistent with the client's policies.
  • Provide updates to the HR team for visibility while collaborating on local policy to ensure alignment and compliance.
  • Lead or participate in HR project teams to drive standardization, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with other stakeholder groups in the HR target operating model to address escalated questions and issues as needed.
  • Successful demonstration of the key responsibilities presented above, including supporting and collaborating with teams in a manufacturing environment.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $42.85/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week (1st Shift).

Length: Temp (12 Months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development.
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in human resources consultation.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Master's Degree in Human Resources.
  • SHRM or HRCI Certification.
  • Proven success influencing leadership and partnering with other stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of prioritizing, researching, analyzing, problem-solving, and making decisions rapidly and with positive outcomes consistent with standards, practices, policies, procedures, regulations, or government law.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, in both written and oral presentation skills.
  • Ability to be flexible and agile in a highly matrixed and complex organization.

Additional Information:

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.
