Description

Starting Salary Range: $109,000-127,000 - position is also eligible for an annual bonus if individual performance and company objectives are met.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Help lead the enterprise-wide annual compensation planning cycle.
  • Develop and manage base salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs.
  • Conduct market research and benchmarking to keep our company competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with compensation regulations and internal pay practices.
  • Analyze compensation data and generate reports to guide senior leadership decisions.
  • Support HR Business Partners and managers with compensation-related inquiries.
  • Prepare materials for executive compensation reviews and board presentations.
  • Oversee job evaluations, salary frameworks, and compensation databases.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, and leadership to align compensation with business objectives.


What we are looking for...



  • Strong expertise in compensation planning, benchmarking, and job evaluation.
  • Experience preparing board materials and supporting executive compensation reviews.
  • Proficiency in Excel, HRIS systems, and compensation software.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
  • In-depth knowledge of compensation regulations, pay equity, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills.

Bachelors of Finance (preferred)
Bachelors of Business Administration (preferred)
Bachelors of Human Resource Administration (preferred)
Experience
5 - 7 years: compensation analysis, including executive compensation and program design (required)
