We are looking for an experienced Director of Partner Systems to join our Engineering and Innovation Group at SRS. This role will report directly to the Senior Director - eCommerce & Product Engineering and will be responsible for leading and scaling Partner Systems initiatives, including:

• Credit Card Program Implementation
• Fulfillment Applications
• Integration Implementations with Large CRM Partners
• Commercial Services Platform (Grids)

What you'll Do:

This individual will play a pivotal role in driving the architecture, strategy, and execution of these initiatives while ensuring seamless collaboration with leadership, peers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.

• Lead and own the Partner Systems portfolio, ensuring successful execution of credit card programs, fulfillment applications, and CRM integrations.
• Drive technology strategy and implementation using Azure Cloud components for application development and integration.
• Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders to align business objectives with technology solutions.
• Oversee integration projects with large CRM platforms, ensuring seamless data flow and system efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineers and product managers to foster a high-performance, collaborative environment.
• Ensure scalability and reliability of the Commercial Services Platform (Grids) and other key systems.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee third-party integrations to enhance the partner ecosystem.
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to drive alignment and execution.

What we look for:

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles, with at least 2+ years in a Director-level position.
• Strong expertise in Azure Cloud and experience implementing cloud-based solutions.
• Proven experience in leading large-scale integrations with CRM platforms and third-party systems.
• Experience with Credit Card/Payment implementation programs, Fulfillment applications, and Commercial Design and Service platforms is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills-comfortable working with senior leadership, peers, and external partners.
• A strong people leader with experience in mentoring and managing engineering & product teams.
• Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment.
