The Management Supervisor account role is responsible for the relationship between the agency and day-to-day clients, providing strategic guidance to clients, managing the account team's performance and cultivating strong client relationships to encourage new and repeat business. The Management Supervisor demonstrates thinking across the client's line of business and not just on their teams' assigned projects. They act as a trusted advisor and partner to the client.

The Management Supervisor has expert understanding of the business industry and product, ability to anticipate needs, is an experienced executor and has the confidence to express and author informed opinions. The Management Supervisor must be ready to immerse themself in a highly accountable role.

The Management Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of account members that can range from AAE to Sr AE. This role is focused on a broad range of marketing and advertising channels.



Responsibilities

  • Primary client contact who oversees multi-channel strategies, recommendations and executions.
  • Nourish and safeguard the client relationship, maintaining contact and building rapport at as many levels of the organization as possible.
  • Have a thorough understanding of the client's business objectives and environment by keeping apprised of all relevant client, industry and market developments, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Provide POVs and consultation to clients to support their business and marketing objectives.
  • Ensure the Agency delivers the best possible product, firmly grounded in a thoughtful, strategically sound understanding of the clients business, the account's long-term direction and the tasks at hand.
  • Lead and mentor junior account team to help advance their professional development, including monitoring their work, being a readily accessible resource and providing regular, timely performance reviews.
  • Helps Account Director lead overall strategy and planning activities.

* Partner with analytics and strategy team to interpret data and identify key insights to inform strategic plans and creative campaigns.

  • Manage budgets, develop estimates and manage costs against projects.
  • This person will have a sense of urgency, attention to detail, and the ability to work under very tight/aggressive deadlines while managing multiple projects.
  • Experience across various channels including, but not limited to online advertising, social, website, broadcast and POS.
  • Experience working closely with analytics, creative and media teams.
  • Strong business writing, communication, and interpersonal skills.

* Clear understanding of key metrics and the ability to analyze, interpret, explain and draw conclusions from data.

* Topline knowledge of reporting tools typically used in marketing and advertising.
