The Management Supervisor account role is responsible for the relationship between the agency and day-to-day clients, providing strategic guidance to clients, managing the account team's performance and cultivating strong client relationships to encourage new and repeat business. The Management Supervisor demonstrates thinking across the client's line of business and not just on their teams' assigned projects. They act as a trusted advisor and partner to the client. The Management Supervisor has expert understanding of the business industry and product, ability to anticipate needs, is an experienced executor and has the confidence to express and author informed opinions. The Management Supervisor must be ready to immerse themself in a highly accountable role. The Management Supervisor is responsible for the daily supervision of account members that can range from AAE to Sr AE. This role is focused on a broad range of marketing and advertising channels.
* Partner with analytics and strategy team to interpret data and identify key insights to inform strategic plans and creative campaigns.
* Clear understanding of key metrics and the ability to analyze, interpret, explain and draw conclusions from data. * Topline knowledge of reporting tools typically used in marketing and advertising. |
