Position Summary
The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to the Sr. Director of Operations and Strategy along with other administrative duties as needed to support fundraising efforts. This position serves as the backup to the receptionist as needed. This position will also work with the administrative team to assist with event preparation. This is a hybrid position that is eligible to work remotely two days a week.
Minimum Education and Experience Requirements
High school diploma or equivalency and one year of related office experience; or equivalent combination of training and experience.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Applicants must have excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Applicants should be detail oriented with the ability to handle confidential matters.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience
Related work experience is preferred. Experience working in a higher education environment is preferred. Calendar management and knowledge of database management is preferred.
