Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure that team activities and quality of work meet the requirements identified in the Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Provide staffing and quality related content to develop and maintain a Project Management Plan (PMP) and ensure it is updated annually or as project changes occur.
- Provide staffing and quality related input to Monthly Status Reports (MSR) detailing activities, problems, corrective actions, and personnel status,
- Develop and implement a Quality Control Program (QCP) to ensure services are performed in accordance with the PWS.
- Implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective services.
- Conduct regular quality assurance evaluations and provide reports to the government.
- Conduct risk analysis and develop alternative solutions to address identified risks.
- Ensure compliance with all security policies and procedures, including maintaining Secret security clearances for all personnel.
- Manage staffing plans and ensure the timely onboarding and offboarding of personnel.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to assist with scheduling, engagement, and strategic planning initiatives.
- Provide executive administrative support, including scheduling, travel coordination, and managing correspondence.
- Develop and maintain financial forecasts and track costs by Contract Line Item Number (CLIN) and Technical Direction Letter (TDL).
- Monitor and administer financial actions, including data entry for purchase requests and maintaining spend plan documentation.
- Provide financial status reports and ensure compliance with DoD financial regulations.
- Develop and deliver training and educational support to CTMO personnel and other stakeholders.
- Create instructional materials and conduct training sessions as needed.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration or similar field with 4 or more years of experience.
- Experience coordinating large, complex projects and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience in developing and implementing quality control and quality assurance programs.
- Experience working with the Department of Defense or other government agencies.
- Experience in talent management and strategic planning.
- Experience in financial management and budgeting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of applications.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records and preparing documents.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and interact effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Possession of excellent communication, problem solving and client service skills.
- US Citizenship and possess an active US Government Secret Clearance with ability to maintain the security clearance.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Common Access Card (CAC).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in business administration or similar field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Six Sigma or other quality management certification
- Familiarity with the Defense Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) system.
