Responsibilities:

* Assist with IT helpdesk tasks, including troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.

* Learn and support cloud-based platforms and systems (e.g., AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Workspace).

* Collaborate on cybersecurity initiatives, including monitoring and responding to threats.

* Participate in software development and testing projects, including scripting and basic programming tasks.

* Research and recommend IT solutions to improve business operations.

* Document technical processes, create user guides, and maintain IT documentation.

* Gain exposure to IT project management and Agile methodologies.

* Attend regular virtual team meetings to discuss progress and next steps.

Requirements:

• * Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

  * Strong interest in information technology and willingness to learn new tools and systems.

  * Basic understanding of operating systems, networks, and cybersecurity principles.

  * Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, Java, Bash).

  * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment.

• 0 - 5 Years experience required

Desired:

* Familiarity with virtualization tools (e.g., VMware, VirtualBox).

* Experience using remote collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, or Zoom.

* Exposure to IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires the ability to perform the below essential functions:
