Wiedenbach Brown, An affiliate of USESI, is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Warehouse Specialist to join the team. This position will be located in our Philadelphia, PA location.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verifying incoming deliveries against purchase orders, inspecting goods for damage, and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Accurately storing products in designated locations, updating inventory records in the warehouse management system (WMS), and performing cycle counts to maintain stock accuracy.
  • Selecting items from inventory based on customer orders, packaging products appropriately, and preparing orders for shipment.
  • Operating forklifts or pallet jacks to efficiently load and unload merchandise from delivery vehicles.
  • Completing shipping paperwork, generating labels, and coordinating deliveries with carriers.
  • Inspecting products for defects and ensuring proper handling of sensitive items.
  • Keeping the warehouse clean and organized, reporting any equipment malfunctions.
  • Recording relevant information into the WMS, generating inventory reports, and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Physical ability: Ability to lift heavy boxes, stand for extended periods, and operate warehouse equipment safely.
  • Attention to detail: Ensuring accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment.
  • Organizational skills: Efficiently managing workflow and prioritizing tasks.
  • Computer proficiency: Familiarity with warehouse management systems and other relevant software.
  • Forklift operation certification: (often required)
  • Basic math skills: Calculating inventory levels and quantities
  • Teamwork and communication: Collaborating with other warehouse staff and communicating with internal customers and suppliers.
