Note to Applicants: Position is eligible for remote work subject to University policy. Job Summary: The Research Project Coordinator supports the overall development of research project (s). Assists with project design, management, and implementation. Promotes the project and serves as liaison between the project and contacts internal and external to the University. May supervise students, provide general office assistance, create promotional materials, and assist in the development of other potential projects. Additional Department Summary: Assists the Research and Evaluation Project Director (REPD) with data collection, performance measurement, performance assessment, and evaluation reporting requirements. Collects the mandatory data from program participants, ensuring that participants are recruited and consented according to IRB Human Subjects Guidelines, administering client-based data instruments throughout data collection, and developing and managing data collection and reporting protocols to obtain data from participants. Utilizes software to analyze data and interpret findings. Enters and uploads data per grant requirements. Assists the REPD in collecting data from key informants and program participants to provide data on the fidelity of program implementation, insight in to barriers and challenges encountered to contribute to the ongoing Quality Improvement Plan, and with write-up and dissemination of program outcomes. Required Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or higher and some experience coordinating projects. Skills and Knowledge: Excellent organizational skills. Ability to work autonomously. Ability to meet deadlines. Competency with appropriate data collection, management, and analysis software (e.g., Excel, Access, NVIVO). Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree. Experience in conducting both qualitative and quantitative research and data management. Experience with Smartsheet, SPSS, STATA, SQL, R, SAS or other statistical software programs and ArcGIS or other geospatial analysis tools preferred.
