They will have end users coming back and a large spike in ticket volume. They use Team Dynamix as their ticketing system, supporting end users. Typical volume for the desk is 300-400 calls / day, they have 7 full time employees and 12 part time. This team is the 1st line of defense for all technical issues. They can escalate to different teams as necessary, but expected to handle incoming calls for hardware issues, software issues, connectivity issues and access issues. Additional Skills & Qualifications Can have flexibility to work from home in a hybrid capacity after getting up and running Looking for someone who has supported an enterprise helpdesk *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $20.00/hr.
