Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP Transportation Management Architect who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

We are seeking a Sr. Functional Architect with expertise in SAP TM-Analytics SAP EWM Integration SAP TM-Subcontracting & Trading, SAP TM-Freight Cost Mgmt & Settle and SAP TM-Transportation Planning.

• Own the design and implementation of SAP TM solutions to meet business requirements.
• Supervise the integration of SAP EWM with SAP TM to ensure seamless operations.
• Guide in SAP TM-Subcontracting & Tndrng to optimize subcontracting processes.
• Manage SAP TM-Freight CostMgmt&Settle to ensure accurate freight cost management and settlement.
• Develop and complete SAP TM-Transportation Planning strategies to enhance transportation efficiency.
• Collaborate with multi-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of SAP solutions.
• Conduct thorough analysis and provide insights using SAP TM-Analytics to support decision-making.
• Ensure the successful execution of projects by adhering to standard processes and methodologies.
• Deliver training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of SAP TM solutions.
• Monitor and solve system issues to ensure smooth operations.
• Continuously evaluate and improve SAP TM processes to enhance performance.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP TM developments and incorporate relevant updates into the system.
• Work in a hybrid model balancing remote and on-site work as needed.

• 12+ years of experience in SAP including Transportation Management
• Possess extensive experience in SAP TM-Analytics SAP EWM Integration SAP TM-Subcontracting & Tndrng SAP TM-Freight CostMgmt&Settle and SAP TM-Transportation Planning.
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills to provide actionable insights.
• Exhibit excellent problem-solving abilities to address system issues.
• Show proficiency in integrating SAP EWM with SAP TM.
• Have a good understanding of Sales Planning & Execution and Sales & Marketing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SAP TM developments.
• Demonstrate the ability to train and support end-users.
• Exhibit solid project management skills to ensure successful project execution.
• Show a commitment to continuous improvement of SAP TM processes.
• Demonstrate the ability to work in a hybrid work model.
• Exhibit a proactive approach to staying updated with industry trends.
• Show dedication to driving the company's success through impactful SAP TM solutions.

• Experience within the Consumer Goods sector.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
