Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Desktop Imaging Engineer with 6 to 8 years of experience in Desktop Management Device Management and OS Imaging. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SCCM Intune and MS MDT with a preference for those with experience in Life and Annuities Insurance. This hybrid role requires day shifts and no travel. Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the company's desktop infrastructure using SCCM to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Oversee device management through Intune ensuring all devices are compliant with company policies and standards.
- Provide support and troubleshooting for Windows operating systems to maintain a stable and secure environment.
- Implement and manage OS imaging using MS MDT to streamline the deployment of new systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of desktop and device management solutions.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all desktop and device management processes and procedures.
- Monitor and analyze system performance to identify and resolve issues proactively.
- Ensure all systems are up-to-date with the latest patches and updates to maintain security and compliance.
- Assist in the development and implementation of disaster recovery plans for desktop and device management.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the company's desktop and device management solutions.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the company's desktop and device management capabilities.
- Work closely with the IT team to support other infrastructure projects as needed.
- Contribute to the company's overall mission by ensuring a reliable and secure desktop and device management environment.
Qualifications
- Must have extensive experience with SCCM for desktop management.
- Must have strong expertise in Intune for device management.
- Must be proficient in Windows operating systems and troubleshooting.
- Must have experience with OS imaging using MS MDT.
- Nice to have experience in the Life and Annuities Insurance domain.
- Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Must have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.

Certifications Required Microsoft Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate Microsoft Certified: Security Compliance and Identity Fundamentals Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until 04/04/2025 The annual salary for this position is between $49,001 - $107,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
