COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

Our base salary is one part of our total compensation
package and is determined within a range. The starting base salary range for
this position is listed below. Actual starting salary will be based on a
variety of factors including experience, skill set, education, performance,
license/certifications, business needs, and other job-related factors permitted
by law.

Starting Base Annual Salary Range:

$66,180 - $100,100

POSITION SUMMARY:

This position has the primary responsibility of leveraging process improvement, data and technology to improve speed, accuracy, and efficiency of commercial support activities for our employees and customers. This role will reflect the value of competency across SICK and be a highly visible leader in transforming Commercial Customer Care to deliver new levels of an amazing customer experience (ACE) and reinforce our stature as a Great Place to Work (GPTW) while consistently exceeding our stakeholders' expectations for sustainable operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and execute solutions to improve day to day functional support, manage operational and commercial decisions to deliver cost effective and resilient processes, and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver highest quality automation solutions for our employees and our customers.
  • Seek to disrupt our status-quo processes and accelerate activity on the highest value initiatives while minimizing user issues and customer downtime.
  • Maximize the return on investment (ROI) for recent contemporary deployments of SAP and CRM platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to deploy process improvements
  • Continuously seek opportunities to innovate and transform the CCC workforce capability through people, process, and technology.
  • Carry out other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned or required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Information Systems, or 8 or more years of relevant experience.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies (Six Sigma, Lean, Kaizen, etc.) Certification preferred.
  • Experience leading business process improvement on enterprise-wide technology platforms (SAP, Dynamics CRM, etc.).
  • Demonstrated coaching and leadership skills with proven, positive results required.
  • Computer proficiency with Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Internet applications.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters/MBA preferred or equivalent experience
  • Prior experience leading customer support team
