SuccessFactors - EC / EC Time Management Consultant Effective People is seeking US-based SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and EC Time Management consultant to lead all aspects of assigned projects regarding the implementation of these modules at the direction of the Effective People project management team and in collaboration with the client team, interfacing with the client, project team members, and senior management to meet both clients and company expectations. The SuccessFactors Employee Central consultants are expected to be a team member for large and small-scale projects as an individual contributor. Role and Responsibilities: Operational
- Capable of wearing multiple hats simultaneously (i.e., strategic, and operational)
- Gather business requirements, create/maintain requirements workbooks (and related documents), working with Effective People and client teams from concept to go-live.
- Ability to identify and deploy processes, systems, execution, documentation, and other improvements.
- Ability to collaborate with and solicit (open to) input from senior leadership, peers, directs, external partners, and customers.
- Perform system configuration, testing, and deployment.
Project Accountability
- Serve as the single point of accountability for all aspects of their assigned project(s) workstream(s).
- Direct and control all activities to align with and meet client expectations within your assigned workstream.
- Obtain required approvals (e.g. requirements, workbooks, testing results, etc.).
Project Execution
- Maintain project documentation and prepare/deliver project progress reports.
- Conduct internal project review meetings and act as a project information source.
- Perform final review of deliverables.
- Deliver quality solutions.
- Ensure their deliverables are on time and on/under budget.
- Identify and communicate project risks.
- Deliver to project scope and communicate change activities.
Requirements
Qualifications: Required:
- Minimum of 4+ years SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and EC Time Management (Time Sheets & Time Off) experience.
- At least 1-full-life cycle SuccessFactors Employee Central
- At least 3-full-life cycles EC Time Management (Time Sheets & Time Off)
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and EC Time Management Certifications
- Hands-on experience configuring complex custom requirements for EC Time Management (Time Sheets & Time Off), including holiday calendars, time types, time profiles, accrual rules, and work schedules.
- Willing to become certified in additional modules.
- Willing to remain current with SAP/SuccessFactors HCM technologies.
- Knowledgeable with HR policies and practices, and ability to anticipate future trends.
- Ability to elicit and document business requirements.

- US Citizen or Green Card.
- Able to pass background checks and public trust clearance if/when needed for assignments.
- Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
Preferred:
- * Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors EC Benefits
- Experience implementing Compensation and/or Variable Pay
- Experience with SuccessFactors Integration Center, Report Story (People Analytics), and business rules configuration.
- Experience configuring, implementing, or supporting additional SuccessFactors modules.
Plus:
- Knowledge of technical data processing procedures, integrations, etc.
- SAP HCM On-Premises or Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience.
