Effective People is seeking US-based SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruiting, and Marketing consultant to lead all aspects of assigned projects regarding the implementation of these modules at the the direction of the Effective People project management team and in collaboration with the client team, interfacing with the client, project team members, and senior management to meet both clients and company expectations. The SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruiting, and Marketing consultants are expected to be a team member for large and small-scale projects as an individual contributor. Qualifications: Required: * 3-year minimum configuration and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruiting, and Marketing modules. * At least 1-full-life cycle SuccessFactors Onboarding, Recruiting, and Marketing Implementation * SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding, Manage Recruiting Recruiter Experience (RCM), and Marketing Certification * Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC). * Willing to become certified in additional modules. * Willing to remain current with SAP/SuccessFactors HCM technologies. * Knowledgeable with HR policies and practices, and ability to anticipate future trends. * Ability to elicit and document business requirements. * Detailed and results-oriented individuals take the initiative to solve problems. * Ability to communicate with team members and customers concisely and confidently, both verbal and written. * Ability and desire to share knowledge with customers and mentor the project team. * Ability to work both independently and within a team environment. * Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving, fast-paced environment. * Ability to work closely with multiple internal and external organizations. * US Citizen or Green Card. * Able to pass background checks and public trust clearance if/when needed for assignments. * Up to 25% travel may be required. Preferred: * Experience configuring, implementing, or supporting additional SuccessFactors modules. * Experience working in HR and consulting with SAP SuccessFactors implementations. * Certification in Manage Recruiting Candidate Experience (CRM, Talent Pools, CSB, RMK) Plus: * Knowledge of technical data processing procedures, integrations, etc. * SAP HCM On Premise or Employee Central Payroll (ECP) experience.
