Job Description The Director, Technology Service Operations & Major Incident Management, is responsible for a global team of technology professionals within the Architecture, Compute & Engineering (ACE) organization.Reporting to the VP, Compute Services, this Director will engage, influence, and collaborate across the entire Allstate Technology Solutions organization as well as Enterprise Risk Management, supporting hundreds of technology products through their various teams. Through the execution of a series of Production Services this role will ensure Operational aspects of our global environment are highly available, optimized and customer focused. The core of the services center on the ATS goal to "have zero impact to agents and customers". This focus on always available systems will allow the organization to drive unprecedented speed to market. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical acumen, strategic vision, and strong leadership capabilities to lead technology operations and crisis management at an enterprise scale.
