Quadient - Lead Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 10 to 14 years of experience in QI Designer QI Scaler Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. This role requires working from the office during day shifts. The candidate will play a crucial role in driving technical excellence and ensuring project success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of solutions using QI Designer QI Scaler Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire.
• Oversee the implementation of technical solutions in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for various projects.
• Ensure that all technical solutions align with industry best practices and company standards.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve code quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner to minimize project disruptions.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation for all implemented solutions.
• Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for technical tasks.
• Monitor project progress and ensure that all milestones are met within the stipulated timelines.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical solutions that meet their expectations.
• Continuously update skills and knowledge to stay current with the latest technologies and industry trends.
• Contribute to the overall success of the company by delivering high-quality technical solutions that enhance business operations.

Qualifications

• Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in QI Designer QI Scaler Quadient Inspire Interactive and Quadient Inspire.
• Demonstrate extensive experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.
• Exhibit strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Show proficiency in leading technical teams and providing mentorship.
