The Summit Orthopedics Physical Therapy Residency offers an evidence-based curriculum in conjunction to individually focused mentorship that develops physical therapists dedicated to improving and restoring the quality of life of the patients and communities we serve. Summit's one-year program is for highly driven physical therapists who are seeking additional training and mentorship. The residency program includes over 100 direct 1:1 mentoring hours. Under the supervision of the PT Manager, the Physical Therapist will aid in the orthopedic care and treatment of patients by planning, interpreting, and implementing specific therapy treatment programs. This is a full-time position based at our M-Health Fairview Sports Center Campus located in Woodbury, MN. Residency is expected to run from August 2025 to July 2026. This position will primarily consist of direct patient care with roughly 4 hours of mentoring/classwork each week. Must be flexible to float to other Summit locations as needed.
To be eligible for this residency, you must be a recent graduate of a PT program. Spring 2025 graduates are highly encouraged to apply. Summit's hiring pay for this position is $50,000 per year. In addition, the Summit will provide up to $15,000 of tuition toward residency coursework. The hired candidate may be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, differentials and/or deferred compensation.
