Qualifications:

* Must already be a Certified Scrum Master from Day 1 (not in process of receiving cert.)
* Strong technical and development background
* Strong Java & Python development experience
* Experience working on multiple projects running concurrently
* Ability to work with multiple teams
* Ability to integrate easily with Agile methodologies
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the field of Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering or other related field
* 5+ years related IT management experience in analysis, design, development, documentation, implementing and testing of software systems
* Experience managing agile development projects as a SCRUM Master
* Ability to set priorities and handle multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Cloud background and implementing code, migrating and deliverables
* AWS and Azure technologies experience
* Experience with Web development sprints
* Experience in wholesale or retail banking technology

Responsibilities:

* Provide day-to-day hands-on project management for various projects in support of application development
* Provide in-depth knowledge and experience with complex IT solutions, Agile and Scrum Methodology, a proven track record of delivering projects on-time and within budget and serves as a key resource within the team to ensure overall success of the project deliverables.
* In collaboration with Product Management, Operations & Technology, manage projects through their complete lifecycle
* Assist with requirements documentation, User Story creation, develop detailed project plans, and identify tasks, roles and responsibilities
* Track milestones and dependencies, ensure on-time completion of tasks from all groups
* Proactively identify, mitigate and resolve risks and issues
* Ensure PMO processes are followed, all relevant artifacts are produced and filed properly
* Manage and report on project financials
* Keep senior management apprised of project status and communicate issues in a timely manner
* Collaborate with the Enterprise Program Management Office to provide project status
