We manage a diverse array of programs focused on leadership development, strategic initiatives, and customer engagement, all aligned with Cisco's overarching strategic goals.
Your Impact
As a Program Manager, you will provide critical oversight and strategic support to the Chief of Staff program office for Development Enablement. In this role, you will oversee key initiatives such as the Americas Advisory Board, Momentum Leadership Program, and ElevateHER, while remaining adaptable to emerging strategic priorities. You will ensure effective governance, strategic alignment, and stakeholder engagement, driving impactful outcomes in leadership development and diversity within Cisco.
- Oversee and manage key initiatives, ensuring their success and alignment with strategic priorities.
- Ensure strategic alignment and stakeholder engagement across all programs.
- Optimize resources and mitigate risks to enhance program success.
- Contribute to leadership development objectives within the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic alignment and impactful outcomes.
Minimum Qualifications
- 8 + years of experience in strategic planning and program management within a large organization.
- Proven ability to lead and execute leadership development initiatives.
- Strong skills in governance, stakeholder engagement, and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated ability to optimize resources and drive impactful outcomes.
- Experience with strategic alignment and oversight of complex programs.
