Infor Global Advanced Services is seeking an operations professional to support its global team focused on delivering solutions using Infor's advanced technologies. The Director of Operations will manage business operations across the Advanced Services team, collaborating with global teams. This role involves driving outcomes through process standardization, automation, and working with operations professionals to support the full lifecycle process. The position also involves providing analytics and insights to the SVP of Global Advanced Services. A Day in The Life Typically Includes: Advise business leaders and support operational matters across the Advanced Services organization Prepare and manage leadership presentations, business planning, and pipeline analysis Conduct reporting and analysis to support reviews and track revenue, utilization, and margins Collaborate with shared service centers for insightful reporting and process improvements Support strategy execution, forecasts, budgets, and design of performance reports Facilitate business reviews, deal reviews, and act as a liaison between departments Represent Advanced Services in global initiatives and assist with acquisition integration Basic Qualifications: Experience managing priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment Experience researching issues, developing solutions, and delegating tasks as needed Experience implementing process improvements and sharing best practices Experience leading and planning process improvements, delivering incremental and transformational change Experience linking strategic objectives to operational details across various business areas Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Business or other relevant field Experience working in a Professional Services environment Experience in accounting and revenue recognition practices in a software/services organization US Remote (Dallas, TX and Alpharetta, GA) About Infor Infor is a global leader in business cloud software products for companies in industry specific markets.
