The candidate will report to the Training Administration Services Manager. The candidate would be responsible for scheduling office and field employees for Professional Development, Equipment and Safety trainings. Create and update scheduling spreadsheets in Excel. Handle logistics for training activities including venues, equipment, and supplies. Copy, file, and scan course materials. Liaise with managers, supervisors, training liaisons and vendors to meet training objectives and learner needs. Complete data entry and analysis as needed to support scheduling decisions; including tabulating course/assessment results and creating or analyzing survey data, creates courses and classes in the Learning Management System. Create and distribute wallet cards and certificates and any other tasks related to supporting the unit's function. Minimum Qualifications 1. A baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and three years of satisfactory full-time progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, one year of which must have been in an administrative capacity or supervising staff performing clerical/administrative work of more than moderate difficulty; or Preferred Skills
-Proficiency in Excel, Microsoft Word, and Outlook -Excellent oral and written communication -Customer Service experience -Experience using online platforms such as Zoom and Teams 55a Program
