Works with Product Management and stakeholders to understand the Features and with the ScrumMaster and Agile Team to develop smaller, incremental stories and iteration deliverables based on those Features. Will work with other Product Owners and stakeholders to define and prioritize stories and determine dependencies. Owns the team backlog, defining stories, establishing story acceptance criteria and leading story refinement for preparation of iteration planning and program increment planning. so that the solutions effectively address program priorities. Responsible for understanding the features and develop smaller, incremental stories along with iteration deliverables, team backlog, establishing story acceptance criteria and leading story refinement for preparation of iteration planning and program increment planning working with the ScrumMaster and Agile team to provide solutions to effectively address program solutions. Job Description This Product Owner will be on the Pickup and Delivery Run and Close ART, within the Operational Technology Product Management organization. Candidate will primarily focus on the Pickup applications, including high profile work on Global P&D Ecosystem, Common Dispatch, Pickup Preferred Future State, and other high priority future state projects. Minimum Education Bachelor's Degree/equivalent in Business, Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems. Minimum Experience: Two (2) years' experience in industry or supporting business or technologies that includes Project Management experience and/or SAFe Product Manager/Owner experience. Preferred Qualifications: Pay Transparency: This compensation range is provided as a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary range for this role across all potential locations. If this opportunity includes multiple job levels, the range is a reasonable estimate of the current starting salary for the lowest level to the current starting salary of the highest level. Actual starting pay would be determined by experience relative to the job, market level, pay at the location for this job and other job-related factors permitted by law.
