Description
Position OverviewThe IT Coordinator provides support to the facility in all aspects of Information Technology, including desktop, mobile, network, and wireless troubleshooting. Coordinates all IT projects and ensures company resources are utilized appropriately. Compiles project status reports, coordinates project schedules, manages project meetings, and identifies and resolves technical problems. Identifies and analyzes systems requirements and defines project scope, requirements, and deliverables. Coordinates project activities and ensures all project phases are documented appropriately. Works closely with the Corporate IT department to ensure standards are maintained.QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have: 1 - 3 years of experience in a similar role - Previous IT experience in a production/manufacturing environment - Ability to relate to and empathize with customers/end users - Solid knowledge of IT systems and applications - Understanding of LAN/WAN configuration - Experience in support roles preferred - Certification (CompTIA A+, Network+, and Security+ is desired - Ability to troubleshoot and repair issues - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent organizational and coordination abilities - Strong attention to detailCompensation & BenefitsIn addition to a competitive wage, the selected candidate will enjoy a comprehensive benefit package including medical, dental, vision, prescription drug, wellness programs, STD, LTD, life insurance, company matching 401(k) and pension.
