TriZetto Incubator Program Senior Manager (remote)

Summary:

The Senior Manager is a remote position open to any qualified applicant in the United States. The TriZetto Incubator Program Senior Manager is a critical role responsible for the smooth, systematic, and effective execution of all operational processes within TriZetto's Greenfield Incubator program. This position focuses on the setup, ongoing operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the incubator's workflows and systems. Working within the operations team, the Operations Specialist Manager ensures that all business activities are running efficiently, and that the incubator's infrastructure supports the successful progression of projects. This role requires strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

* Process Setup and Implementation:

Establish and document operational processes for all phases of the incubator program, including cohort selection, project validation, proof of concept development, and business model development.

Set up and implement standardized templates and frameworks for each stage of the incubator to ensure consistency and quality of deliverables.

Set up communication channels and delivery systems to support incubator operations.

Leverage existing internal tools to streamline workflows and ensure operational efficiency.

* Operational Efficiency and Maintenance:

Set up, monitor, and maintain the operational infrastructure of the incubator, ensuring that all systems function correctly.

Ensure that work products, templates, and processes support the seamless delivery of program content.

Manage logistics for workshops, training sessions, and project activities during the incubator program.

Oversee the administrative onboarding tasks for new hires, including system access, workspace allocation, and necessary tools.

Provide logistical support to ensure that program staff are fully equipped to operationalize the incubator.

* Continuous Improvement and Iteration:

Develop and implement a system for collecting feedback from participants and stakeholders to identify areas for improvement in processes.

Use data-driven insights to make recommendations for process optimization and enhancement.

Adapt program content, delivery methods, and processes based on evaluation outcomes.

* Project and Resource Management:

Utilize project management tools to streamline workflows and ensure operational efficiency, as well as track project progress.

Assist in resource allocation and ensure that necessary tools, data, and access to relevant stakeholders are provided.

Coordinate and oversee the administrative and logistical aspects of the program.

* Collaboration and Communication:

Work closely with the Incubator Senior Director, Program Manager, and Core Staff members to ensure alignment with program goals.

Facilitate communication and collaboration among participants, mentors, guest speakers, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field.

* 10+ years' experience in operations management, project management, or program coordination, preferably in an innovation or startup environment.

* Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and improve business processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

* Experience delivering innovation programs.

* Experience in curriculum development and instructional design.

* Literate in startups or early-stage product development.

* Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage complex projects, timelines, and resources.

* Proficiency in using project management software and other relevant technology tools.

* Excellent organizational and planning skills to set up and maintain the various components of a program.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve operational issues, as well as adapt to new challenges.

* Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.

* Experience in using Smartsheet, or similar project management software.

* Meticulous approach to tasks to ensure accuracy and consistency in all operational processes.

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until March 17, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $140,000 - $175,000 depending on experience and other
qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and
subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
