Role: Xcellerate Lead

Roles/Responsibilities
* Support Delivery Lead to manage Xcellerate Suite of applications
* Manage end to end delivery and ready to dive in on hands on support on need basis
* Liaison between Client and offshore team
* Setup and streamline the Release management & other support related process
* Be owner of continuous innovation and improvement of Xcellerate support landscape

Required Qualifications
* Minimum 12+ years of experience in IT
* Experience in Xcellerate suite of applications
* Good understanding of RBQM process
* Dot Net & SQL Server minimum 10+ years' experience
* Good stakeholder management skill

Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
