Job Summary

We are seeking a Sr. Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience in PEGA frameworks and related technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing PEGA solutions ensuring high performance and scalability. This role involves working in a hybrid model with a focus on day shifts. No travel is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of PEGA solutions to meet business requirements
• Oversee the development and deployment of PEGA applications ensuring adherence to best practices
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to the development team
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for PEGA projects
• Ensure the PEGA platform is optimized for performance scalability and reliability
• Develop and maintain PEGA reports and dashboards to support business decision-making
• Integrate PEGA applications with other enterprise systems and data sources
• Enhance user experience by implementing PEGA mobility and user interface best practices
• Manage PEGA case management and decision hub functionalities to streamline business processes
• Conduct code reviews and ensure compliance with coding standards and guidelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to PEGA applications and integrations
• Stay updated with the latest PEGA technologies and industry trends
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of PEGA development processes and methodologies

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in PEGA frameworks PEGA reporting and PEGA platform
• Demonstrate proficiency in PEGA application development data integration and user experience
• Have expertise in PEGA mobility case management and decision hub functionalities
• Experience in customer service and healthcare domains is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model
• Commitment to delivering high-quality solutions that meet business needs
• Proven track record of successful PEGA project implementations
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and agile methodologies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering results.

Certifications Required

Certified PEGA Senior System Architect (CSSA) or equivalent certification is required.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $90,000/Year to $120,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
