Your Opportunity:

ComplyRight, a Taylor Corporation company, is looking for a Customer Service Center Representativeto join the team in Pompano Beach, FL(hybrid schedule).

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist customers regarding new and existing orders via telephone, email and web chat
• Develop product/compliance expertise to effectively assist customers
• Accurately enter order information following detailed order-entry procedures
• Answer questions on pricing, order status,
• Support & consult with the customer to provide recommendations and solutions.
• Document and own follow-up of customer issues or requests that require further investigation to resolve
• Communicate effectively with supervisor/team to ensure high quality and timely expedition of customer requests
• Perform other duties as assigned

Your Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm; hybrid schedule of 2 days in-office (M/T) and 3 days remote (W/Th/F)

You Must Have:

• A high school diploma or the equivalent and 1 year of experience in a customer service-related field
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, and especially Teams)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

We Would Also Prefer:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree in business or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a purchasing or procurement role
