Job Summary

GuideWell is seeking a strategic and customer-centric Senior Moments that Matter Product Management Leader of the development and growth of our experience improvement portfolio. As a key member of our Customer Experience team, you will be responsible for defining and executing product strategies that drive customer engagement, and business value for the Moments that Matter most to our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, operations, and customer service, to develop and deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. With a focus on customer-centricity, data-driven decision making, and collaboration, you will drive the development of new products and services, optimize existing solutions, and ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints. What You Will Be Doing:

The essential functions listed represent the major duties of this role, additional duties may be assigned.

Vision and Strategy

* Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor

landscape to inform product strategy.

* Define and prioritize product roadmap, working closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment with

company goals.

* Collaborate with engineering, design, and other teams to develop and refine product requirements.

Solution Development and Launch

* Lead the development of new products and services, working closely with engineering and operational

teams to ensure successful delivery.

* Collaborate with design teams to develop user-centered design solutions that meet customer needs.

* Develop go-to-market strategies and launch plans to drive customer adoption and business value.

* Develop and manage cost and benefit analysis and drive realization of value.

Solution Lifecycle Management

* Analyze customer feedback, usage data, and market trends to inform product optimization and iteration.

* Develop and execute plans to improve product performance, customer satisfaction, and business value.

* Collaborate with customer omni-channel service teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and

support.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

* Work closely with critical stakeholders across the business to ensure alignment and effective go-tomarket execution, including IT, Operations and Customer Service.

* Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure successful product development and

delivery.

* Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry

experts.

Metrics and Analysis

* Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, customer satisfaction,

and business value.

* Analyze customer data, market trends, and competitor activity to inform product decisions.

* Collaborate with data analytics teams to develop and refine data-driven insights.

What You Must Have:

6+ years related work experience. Experience Details: Product management or customer experience management experience, with a focus on products and services.

5+ years direct supervisory/management experience.

Related Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field

Additional Required Qualifications

Proven ability to drive and manage multiple competing priorities and projects with urgency in a fast-paced environment where continuous innovation is required.

Strong understanding of customer needs, market trends, and competitor landscape

Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including experience in statistical analysis coupled with the ability to provide objective feedback and accurate root cause analysis.

Excellent project management skills and experience.

Proven track record of driving change, and delivering successful products and services that drive customer engagement and business value.

Preferred Education

Master's degree

Additional Preferred Qualifications

Lean, Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt).

General Physical Demands

Typical Annualized Hiring Range: $126,800 - $158,500

Annualized Salary Range: $126,800 - $206,100

Final pay will be determined with consideration of market competitiveness, internal equity, and the job-related knowledge, skills, training, and experience you bring.
